Assalamualaikum w.b.t.
Nuzul Al-Quran marked the first revelation of the Quran to Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. This event occurred on Friday night, 17th Ramadan, in the 41st year of his life while in isolation in the Cave of Hira.
The Quran was sent down through the Angel Gabriel, the first being five verses of Surah Al-Alaq, and became the greatest miracle of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.
May the advent of Nuzul al Quran encourage us to recite and understand the Quran, our guiding light.
