MyGuide Receives Courtesy Visit from Kim Vakfı, Türkiye

20 August, 2026 – Kim Vakfı, a da’wah organization from Türkiye, paid us a visit to exchange knowledge and experience on their approach to da’wah — one built around a familiar concept, the mosque tour, reimagined with creativity and a unique approach. What began with a single mosque in Sultanahmet in 2010, has now flourished into a presence across 18 unique venues, reaching 46,153 visitors from 159 countries.

Behind this growth stand 195 trained volunteers, contributing more than 51,000 hours of face-to-face da’wah engagement. Through these meaningful interactions, volunteers who have facilitated countless conversations about Islam have guided visitors from around the world—many of whom initially came simply to sightsee—towards discovering Islam and, ultimately, embracing the faith.

For MyGuide, this exchange was an excellent opportunity for shared learning across borders. With MyGuide’s own network already reaching across Asia Pacific, this visit points to a natural next step — extending that same exchange of knowledge into the Asia part of Türkiye, where Kim Vakfı is based, and building a partnership rooted in shared purpose.

What Kim Vakfı has shown us is a lesson worth carrying forward: that opportunity for da’wah often exists already, waiting only to be recognized and acted upon.
